Do I have any Aussie bakers in my feed? I need to make this ridiculously cool candy ice for Avas frozen cake in two weeks time, but I need an Aussie recipe. All the american ones call for clear corn syrup. I could only find glucose syrup at my supermarket. I boiled my candy and it looked awesome, but it didnt set to a hard crack, so I think I did it wrong?! Or I used the wrong ingredients! HELP! The fate of my little Cookies party depends on me getting Elsas freaking candy glass palace correct!! Next year, Im going to stick a bowl of icing on the table and say have at it, sweetness!
