Do I have to say thank you...? It really hurt :( OK... OK... Huge thanks to Michelle Bushell for giving me some hope for the bike ride at end of Aug... Did my first set of squats today... (Now I cant walk properly) Luca did enjoy the fact that we get to do it every week until the ride... Whitchurch Chiropractic... You have been amazing!! Things didnt look good at all after the fall... Now I can aim to put my sore slightly wobbly bum back on the saddle for another ride For Luca next month... If you are having any problems or niggles we cannot recommend Michelle enough...
