Do I want Kiran Bedi as the next Chief Minister of Delhi? Answer is an emphatic NO! Why? 1. Democracy needs oppositions to test the establishment and Delhi is a nerve centre. Any Government with majority power in the Lok Sabha will and need to feel insecure so that they deliver, and hence Delhi should have a Government led by a Party other than the ruling coalition! And AAP is the best bet. 2. Kiran Bedi is an urban opportunist as much as Shazia ilmi is. 3. AAP is a young post independent party and as young as they are they have made mistakes. So what? They have not looted thousands of crores hand in glove with bureaucracy as both the Congress and BJP/NDA have done! With a judiciary that is largely a sleeping Gulliver amidst proverbial Lilliput (s), all masters in corruption PMO India (just for info & perception). I dare this government to investigate the finances of all bureaucrats since 1980! 4. I want to give Aravind Kajriwal and Manish Sisodia combine another chance at governance and hope he gets out of his stupid fixations and responsible behaviour belittling the mandate of the people!
