Huinker of Chicago on February 2, 2013 and witnessed by Manuela D’Angelo Notary Public at the Mt.Clemens South Branch of Huntington Banks on that date.. A copy of that agreement in enclosed. . It was re-executed again June 21, 2013 on account of a diaphanous claim the February 2 agreement was not valid because the date I put on my signature and that Ms. D’Angelo put on hers were different. The only difference is that I spelled out “February 2, 2013” and Ms. D’Angelo abbreviated “2/2/13” to fit the limited space on the form. I am instructing my attorney, Mr. Partrick J. Palitano to begin legal action to enforce the February 2 agreement. In accordance with that agreement, I just sent Bank of America my OCTOBER payment July 24 as I am two months ahead. I am totally fed up. You WILL abide by that agreement. I am sick of being bullied. I am not in sixth grade anymore. It is clear from the affidavits filed in Massachusetts that there is more than ample grounds for action. You are costing Mr. Politano and myself a lot of time and money and interfering with my ability to conduct my business. It is clear from the article by David Dayen “Bank of America whistle-blower’s bombshell: ‘We were told to lie’”, salon/2013/06/18/bank_of_america_whistleblowers_bombshell_we_were_told_to_lie/ and the testimony of six former Bank of America employees in Massachusetts recounted in that article, that Bank of America is engaging in every dishonest and bullying tactic Bank of America officials can dream of to get as much money and to take as many homes as possible in violation of HAMP law and simple honest, prudent business practice. “Bank of America’s practice is to string homeowners along with no apparent intention of providing the permanent loan modifications it promises,” said Erika Brown, one of the former employees.
