Do NOT take a chance and leave your dogs unattended in the yard! Its always a white van which makes me question the validity of it but so many people report their pets disappearing from their fenced yards, it seems the warning is valid. A cocker spaniel was recently stolen in Franklin County from its yard and a dog in Rolla MO last week. The dogs are suffering because the owners didnt bother to listen. Years back, they were going to USDA random source B-dealers for research. Who knows where they may be going now?
