My husband is disabled and I am over 65 so moving was not easy for us but sadly we trusted this man and his vans. Not once did anyone come to see us before the move although one week before we had a telephone call changing the date as it did not suit them. Having no choice we agreed. One week later they arrived but after 15 mins we were told that they were having trouble getting down our road as it was too narrow. Bottom line was they charged us almost double for their mistake. 2 elderly people one disabled we had no choice. It took every last penny from our bank account. I complained and was told that we would be reimbursed. 10 weeks later telephone calls have just gone over his head. A bad bad mistake and if I had the chance again I would NOT let this man move us.DO NOT TOUCH THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY.
