Do You Know Difference Between REAL MONEY and FIAT CURRENCY? Simply put, real money is backed by commodities that have value in and of itself. Fiat is currency that a government has declared to be legal tender, but is not backed by anything physical. Historically, most currencies were based on physical commodities such as gold or silver, but fiat money is based solely on faith. Fiat is the Latin word for it shall be; Magic! Why does this matter? When money was used, it was backed by something real and valuable, like gold. Since gold was not infinite, the supply and value were controlled. This prevented governments from running up too much debt. In 1971, President Nixon took the U.S. Dollar off the gold standard, which in effect, as the worlds reserve currency, took all currencies off gold. This allowed government to print currency at will because it had no backing, hence no accountability. As you can see, disaster happened. Banks printed currency at will and governments borrowed and ran up debts at will. All currencies since are either inflated or deflated until they die. Our current global situation is killing our currencies and our governments know it! Throughout history 590 currencies have died. People have valuable currency one day, and penniless the next. The U.S. Dollar is next on the list as well as many other currencies. We need to protect wealth by returning back to real money; gold and silver! If our governments are unwilling to do so, protect your dying currencies by converting some of these pieces of printed paper into gold. Gold is the only steady and secure form of money there is. And you dont have to be rich to begin protecting your wealth in gold. Gold can be purchased by the gram in small affordable amounts. Dont wait until your currency is already dead. Prepare today!
