Do You Remember This Song from Dire Straits? David and Mark Knopfler were the brothers behind Dire Straits and this hit Sultans of Swing. Their brand of rock from England was on the top of the charts throughout the late 70s and the 80s. This Thursday and Friday at Nighttown, were excited to be presenting David Knopfler in a special solo concert. Well get a chance to hear the roots behind the music and hear the music emanating out of David these days. Its not often that any of us get to hear one of the classic rock artists in an intimate concert - so this one should be a treat. David has recorded twelve solo albums since then, and is known for his songs of substance with a message.
