Do You Think Too Much? Why? ;) Thinking extra doesnt help an overload of thoughts. More thinking doesnt help at all, as only a non- thinking solution will do, :-) To put our thoughts into perspective, it takes viewing from a different aspect of our self. Ascending above them in a quick meditation works well, viewing them from above or from a place of deep peace within us, or from a feeling or gut space. Take control, and know you are in a different part of yourself when you do so, to assist the awareness and receipt of new insights. Taking daily, quiet, personal time for inner reflection is a human essential. In addition to care-taking of my energy, to keep it as clear as possible, I manage my thoughts and feelings so I am as uncluttered internally as possible. I choose my thoughts, I prefer to be in a zen or thoughtless space for much of the time, and this allows for clear receipt of what I need to know when I need to know it. As is our design. From a place of gratitude, I reflect upon my day, asking myself what I learned, and what I may need to do, I notice all the blessings, meant to bes and coincidences. ;) I keep a pan and paper at my side to write notes down of what comes to me, then let my thoughts go again completely. I return to a thoughtless place of deep peace and contentment. For further relaxation if I require it, or if I wish to sleep, I take my consciousness on a tour of my body as I relax each part and I enter a sleep state before I am done. if you are too embroiled or engrossed in your own thoughts, ONLY entering another part of yourself to get a clearer picture/ sense of them will work. We are not designed to be only in our mind space. The mind is but a small part of us, a tool for us to use such as our hand or our foot. Historical ignorance, misdirection, and incomplete classification of our species are responsible for humans still largely being in darkness as to our true selves. To only be in our mind or thought space, is to have a limited life experience and to be severely missing out. We are all at different stages of conscious development as we are meant to be. Part of the game of life is to learn this Self Mastery, and as with games it just gets better and better with new levels to attain! :-)
