Do any of you agree that the creator of this prank should face some serious prison time? Free speech means you can say whatever you wish. This film is not about free speech. It is about the actual conduct of the person who creates a prank where he gives the impression he is going to attack unsuspecting individuals in a parking lot with a chain saw. Just because you have a camera does not give you a license to do whatever you want. So if I were the judge, I think a prison sentence between 5-10 years would be fair.
