Do anybody know where they are working on the road in Holland and they have the barriers and a sign that say proceed with caution!!!! WELLLL my sister Caroline and I was on our way to the hospital to see our Aunt Lord and behold I ended behind the barriers were the workers on the highway was working. Caroline LORD BLESS HER SOUL I scared the the pure life out of her. When I stop she jumped in my back seat and strapped herself in ALLLL MY SEAT BELTS!!!!
