Do it PUSHUPS!!! Tag youre it! Do these moves, fot a like and then tag a friend below to pass the challenge!!!! Balance Pushups: These will work your entire body and engage your core! Simply do a full or knee push up rotate to your side reach as high as your can up, this will really engage your core and work your shoulder. Go back to a push up and rotate to the opposite side reaching as high as you can again on this side. Repeat for a total of 10 reps on each side. Starter Decline Pushups: Place your shins on an elevated surface like a chair, bench or even a couch if needed! Do 10 decline pushups with arms about shoulder width or slightly wider! Again do 10 reps! Advanced Decline Push ups: For you bad asses :) you can place your toes on the elevated surface and go for the gold!!! Again place your hands about shoulder to slightly wider apart and perform a push up, keeping your core and buttocks engaged for a nice straight line! Repeat for 10 reps!
