Do not base how fit you are by what you weigh. Muscle weighs more than fat. Your bones were meant to be covered by strong muscles. Not big muscles, for the men who think they need steroids to gain mass. Not little muscles, for women who are afraid to get bulky. But YOUR muscles, how YOU were made to look! Think about the truth of anatomy and stop conforming to what the media and society wants you to look like. Get rid of the scale. :) Keep working hard friends, summer is just around the corner.
