Do not get mesmerized by what is happening around you and in the world. Feel it if need be but then return your focus on growing your connection with Guidance. This is one of those times where feeling all feelings but trusting whether we fully understand or not is important. Resistance to what IS lowers your vibration. Consciously feeling and learning your lessons raises your vibration as it opens your CHANNEL to loving LIGHT AND ASSISTANCE. In your lineage, you may SEE the lessons that were not completed as they are played out now causing illness, accidents, suffering and drama.
