Do not minimize who you are just to maximize someone who minimize you. Do not tolerate infractions just to get affection. We have a tendency to make excuses for bad behavior and expect someone to understand/sympathize. Sometimes we becom prisoners of our own mentality. Freedom is a choice. Adopt a mindset that you are truly worthy. In order to see who we truly are, we have to take off that makeup we hide behind. Being transparent is not easy. Taking account for our life is so rewarding. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. [Romans 12:1-2]
