Do not only teach with is truth; but rather live what you teach, most certainly that truth which upon you teach, don’t try to drill into someone else what they can’t see in you; yes encourage them; discipline them; be bold in so doing; but yet remember it is most important, we must be passionate and godly In so doing, it is not how well we argue the truth, that draws people to God; but rather how well we passionately live it. Above all remember of all that are called and appointed to lead, you have been anointed, and given this authority to do this; take this very serious; be encouraged in so doing, no one can, or will ignore you . These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee. Titus 2:15
