Do not take more than a few minutes and dont think too hard. They - TopicsExpress

Do not take more than a few minutes and dont think too hard. They dont have to be the right books or great works of literature, just 10 of the ones that have affected you in some way. Then tag ten friends including me so I can see your list. Sumedha Vemuri asked me to list ten of my favourite books. So, here they are in no particular order. I think its unfair to show favouritism or limit the list to ten, especially with books :) So these are just the books which I have discovered recently, lie on the eye-level rack of my book shelf or that I reach out to more often than the others: 1. Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen 2. Persuasion by Jane Austen 3. The Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling 4. The Jeeves series by P.G. Wodehouse 5. To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee 6. Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle 7. The Jack Reacher series by Lee Child 8. The King and Maxwell series by David Baldacci 9. Yes Minister and Yes, Prime Minister by Antony Jay and Jonathan Lynn 10. The Undomestic Goddess by Sophie Kinsella 11. The Emperor of All Maladies by Siddhartha Mukherjee 12. The Fault in Our Stars by John Green 13. The Calvin and Hobbes series by Bill Watterson 14. Notes from a Big Country by Bill Bryson 15. Notes from a Small Island by Bill Bryson 16. A Song of Fire and Ice by George R.R. Martin 17. The Blood Telegram by Gary J. Bass 18. Pillow Talk by Freya North 19. The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald 20. Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë I nominate Tejasvi Paramkusam, Shivani Singh, Shruti Sabharwal, Hemangini Dadwal, Ananya Mitra, Deepak Paramkusam, Karishma Baria, Rachita Raj and Rohan Banerjee to put up your lists, please :)
