Do not watch this if you are squeamish. For No Reason Whatsoever! This is the Police State and entitled sense of power we live in. The response that its just a few bad apples does not fly. The reaction that Officers mostly are good and serve the public is not enough. Accountability must also come from within the ranks of police and authority structures. I witnessed this time and time again in 1974 at Pendleton reformatory in Pendleton, In. and reported it. After 8 years they finally did something. It would have been much sooner had officers who were hones, kind and concerned would have stood their ground and policed their own.
