Do people NOT look in a mirror before leaving their homes? It appears that people genuinely dont care what they look like in public. Are they fashion handicapped? Why wear a hoochie skirt so short you cant sit down. Jeans so tight that your hoo hoo looks like smashed biscuits. Neither is attractive or acceptable. All I ask is that people take a few extra minutes to look presentable. Do the rest of us a favor.
