Do these cold, snowy weather conditions have you and your dog stuck inside? Are you both beginning to experience cabin fever? If so, we have a wallet-friendly enrichment game to provide endless entertainment for you and your pet. You can simply create a food puzzle using objects you might already have around the house, or as our generous supporters have donated. All youll need is a handful of your poochs favorite treats or kibble, a muffin or cupcake tin, and about half a dozen tennis balls. Here at the shelter, our dogs thrive when they are offered fun forms of enrichment just like this one! It keeps them stimulated and offers the opportunity to exercise both their mind and body. Watch our instructional video and giggle as you witness your four legged friend solve this puzzle. You may find that some dogs may be more interested in the tennis balls or even you, but either way its a great chance to better understand your dog and how they think.
