Do these look like moves that YOU could do? This is the 2nd day of P90 - Sculpt A. The way P90 is set up is that eases you into fitness. For example, the 2nd to last clip, I am doing half pushups. Rather than asking someone new to fitness to bang out 30 seconds of straight pushups, Tony eases you into it teaching you how to do a half pushup. Each move is slow and concentrated to focus on perfecting your form to avoid injury. The moves are also broken down and explained, as you can see in the first clip so you know what youre doing before you do it. The program is split up into Phase A, Phase B, and Phase C. Phase A is what I am doing now and has 25 minute workouts. Phase B ups the intensity a bit and has 35 minute workouts Phase C gets you into the tougher stuff and has 45 minute workouts. This program is beautifully designed!! yet again, another A+, Tony Horton and Carl Daikeler !!! #ItsYourTurn
