Do we value ourselves or are we just surviving daily because we are here? Sometimes I look at the post of friends and family and I wonder what are we doing? Do we not see what we are doing to ourselves? Dont get me wrong Im far from pointing fingers at anyone, because i am speaking with myself as well. ALL of our actions have repercussions or consequences. NONE of us are immune to them. Because we love someone doesnt meant this law doesnt apply. We must be fully aware of what and how much we are consuming eating and drinking. If you smoke (anything) I strongly urge you to acess your future and stop today, right her and right now. I have heard it said, and have foolishly said it myself We must die from something, Right? It is true we will all pass away soon enough, dont do it pre-maturely because you want to practice bad habits. If youre lucky you may die instantly. Unfortunately most of us who are surviving daily bad habits will die a very slow painful debilitating death. Dont believe me? Visit Hospice, Cancer centers, ICU units, Nursing homes and ask yourself, Could this be me in the future? Violence begats violence. The Thug Life mentality doesnt end with old age. Blessed to see 40 with the gangster mentality, those who are able to surpass the age of 40, I guarantee you they arent the same person they were running the streets. Its time for all of US to wake up and discover there is something more to this life -vs- surviving. Everyday topside with breath is truly a gift from GOD. Embrace it, celebrate it and show love and respect to one another. I heard a song on the radio and it holds true. In this song the writer lifted up his hands to ask GOD why doesnt he do something about our ailing world filled with needy people. The reply from GOD was, I did do something, I Created YOU With this said, when are you going to step up to your purpose? When are you going to lend a hand to your neighbor? When are you going to minister to the homeless? When are you going to volunteer? When are you going to become the victor/problem solver -vs- the victim/problem? When...............
