Do you a) own three restaurants, b) have a staff of +40, c) depend on people to turn up who tell you they will turn up. If you answer yes to any of the above then, yes, you understand my frustration. Otherwise, stop telling me you understand how I feel through private messages of advice on my ability to use language like a gentleman or a public representative. I know what words mean and when I should use the F word and when I should not.
