Do you believe in a pre-tribulation rapture, a mid tribulation rapture, or a post tribulation rapture??? Believe it or not, we are given 2 perfect examples from the Old Testament of 2 different raptures/catching away. The first is Enoch, who walked with God and pleased God, and God took him and he was not. Then there was Elijah who was taken in a whirlwind in a chariot of fire. Elijah also performed miracles and lead many to know his God, and King Ahab and his queen, Jezebel sought to kill Elijah because of this, much the same way The Revelation reveals that Gods people will be hunted by the beast and God provides the wing of a great eagle to take them to safety. Enoch represents the bride of Christ (those who walk with God and pleases Him, and they will be, then they will be not because God will secretly take them away), Elijah represents the tribulation saints who turn back to God after the rapture of the bride of Christ. These saints will also be taken like Elijah was taken, on the wings of a great eagle. There will be two catching away times just as there was in the Old Testament. Enoch and Elijah are two GREAT examples of what was and what will happen in the end times will be again.
