Do you ever have those completely average, normal days... but somehow, you have this heightened sense of loving your life? I hope you do. My life is far from perfect, Im far from perfect. Every day I wake up and go to bed in my ordinary life, I wouldnt trade it for anyone elses. I think I felt it even more today. For no reason. Nothing awesome happened. Just normal. So I was thinking... what makes it different? What could I say that might encourage another person who isnt in love with life? Gratitude. You always have a choice in how you look at things. You can always choose to be in love with your spouse, your kids, your body, your circumstance. If you take complete responsibility for all areas of your life... your responses, your actions, your words, your thoughts, the people you allow in your life. If you refuse to allow any sense of entitlement into your way of thinking. And lift weights. Yeah. I think you should. (or just any physical/mental health activity is probably good) ;)
