Do you ever wonder why youre always SO tired? Beside the obvious lack of sleep, etc? I just read an article tonight and wanted to share some other reasons why you may be tired and not know the cause, and actually CAN prevent vs. not preventing (AKA night owl children!). 1.) Dehydration- other signs and mental sluggish and lack of concentration. 2.) Cell phones- staring at the screen while pretending to try to go to bed activates your brain activity! 3.) Medication-some meds can literally suck the life out of you. 4.) Overtraining- this can actually booost your cortisol production if you are over doing it fitness wise. 5.) Low iron- Iron deficieny anemia makes you tired and sluggish. Any of these suprising? Guilty of any of these? I defintely am, especially #2. Where I text people while my nose is almost touching my screen, complaining I cant sleep. Its like eating a cupcake and complaining to someone I am fat. LOL!
