Do you feel like a strand of tangled Christmas lights today? All knotted up over your lengthy to-do list? If you are tired and perhaps…grumpy...the enemy is loving it. We must not allow sin to creep into the crevices of our heart because of outer pressures - but rather throw off the sin that so easily entangles us and run the race God has marked out for us. When our eyes are fixed on our to-do lists or family feuds - they are not fixed on Jesus. And so - today - we stop, pause, reflect, --what has us all tangled up? Look to Jesus for forgiveness, strength, joy and peace. He came so we would be free. Walk in this truth today. Hebrews 12:1,2 Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
