Do you go to Pinterest for inspiration and ideas, but leave feeling inadequate? I recently read that 40 % of women are Pinterest depressed. I define Pinterest depression as feeling like you can never be a good enough mom, wife, home decorator, cook, etc. Does this sound familiar? I remember when I was trying to find ideas for my daughters 3rd birthday party. She was having four friends over to play and I wanted to do something special, so I went to Pinterest.
