Do you guys think PG rating is best for business or not? I can see both sides of the argument. The positives is that they have a better reputation now. Back in the TV-14 rating, they were getting a lot of negative press due to deaths, drug related incidents and the violence on screen. Ever since the AE, WWE have tried to get a positive image in different ways; Tribute to the troops, Cancer support, PG rating, anti-bullying campaigns and etc. Obviously common sense says this is better considering they dont get any bad press now and its smart from them as they want to stay out of the negative headlines (Benoit incident didnt do them no good). I think that PG rating is fine. Wrestling has been PG for the most part. Its just Vinces concept of PG that sucks. The shit he was doing in 2009/10 with all the guest hosts was awful. Or the GM storyline which resulted in Hornswoggle being behind it. You can still get great promos/wrestling with the PG rating. -OR-
