Do you have 10+ kilos to lose? Do you want to make 2015 your year to rid yourself of those excess kilos and learn how to live “diet free”? Im on a mission to help women ditch the dieting and make exercise an everyday part of life. So I am offering 3 women the opportunity to work with me (for free) for 8 weeks. You will receive all the guidance and training you need to become a healthier and more fabulous version of YOU. If this sounds like something you are READY to commit to then please PM me the answers to these questions. What is your current weight? What is your goal weight? What is your age? What do you feel is currently holding you back from achieving your goal weight? What have you tried in the past to lose weight? Why do you think you have failed in the past? On a scale of 1-10 how committed are you to achieving your goals now? Do you have any injuries that limit your ability to exercise? Are you able to participate in exercise at least 4 times per week? What times are you available to exercise/train with me? Can you travel to Balmain to train with me? Are you prepared to pay a small fee for gym access 2 x per week? ($12 per entry) After receiving your answers, if I believe you are ready and I can help you I will give you a call to have a brief phone consultation. At the end of the consultation if I feel like were a good fit to work together, I may offer you an invitation to join my program, either way youll receive some great clarity as to why youve been struggling and some direction on how to move forward in the right direction.
