Our service we offer for medical aid is as follows: 1) We do all your pre-authorisations as well as emergency authorisations the next business day. 2) We sort out all your claims and queries and liaise with doctors/hospitals/optoms/dentists etc should there be an error on your accounts. 3) We assist with the refunds for all your claims should there be a need as well as updating you on these with service dates, amount claimed, amount paid by the medical aid and shortfall should there be any. 4) Year end updates (that starts now) we come through and meet with you as the client to make sure you are updated properly for the following year to make sure you are on the correct plan, correct Chronic coverage, network hospitals (where need by) etc. We basically become your medical aid contact instead of you having to do this all yourself.
