Do you have a home that was built before 1900? If so, you can apply for a Heritage Marker from the Beaver County Historical Research and Landmarks Foundation. There is an application regarding the home, and we ask you share information regarding the home, especially if there is historical significance. We ask about previous owners, additions or major remodeling, new or old photos of the exterior of the home, photos of special or unusual features of the interior and anything else that may be of interest. This information is filed at the BCHR&LF. The marker is available for $10 which can placed on or in the home. Contact the BCHR&LF office at 724-775-1848 for an application.
