Do you have advice for this mum-to-be? I would like some advice on this big question that is going round my head and my partners. We are having a baby together, due in March, we love each other to bits, but we are still not married, he proposed to me and of course I said yes. According to some books, if our baby is born and we arent married, he will have to make a statement declaring our baby is his. He feels uncomfortable and sad thinking that he would have to do it. He already loves our little one from my belly. Will our baby have our both surnames if we arent married or just mine? Maybe his too if he declares? We are very confused about this as we are getting such mixed info we arent sure any more. We are going to try and make a wedding before our baby comes But we still are with the question in our heads. Can you help us on this with some advice please? Maybe some other mums know? Thank you so much from both of us and our little one xxx
