Do you have experience in a sales enviroment and great communication skills? We are looking for an On Call Bookings Consultant to work from our office based in Wolverhampton. Your duties would include: .Working in a proactive way with both clients and candidates, utilising available workers to the maximum capacity. · Receiving calls from existing clients to book potential workers · Contacting candidates to fill bookings · Cold calling new and lapsed clients to promote the services of the Flame Lily · Reporting figures on a daily, weekly and monthly basis · Developing a database of new clients and opportunities for our work force .Cross selling workers skills to existing client database In order to be successful for this position, you must have the following qualities and skills: · Excellent Communication Skills & Customer Service Skills · Good Computer Skills · Experience in a sale environment · Positive attitude with the drive and determination and self motivation to achieve success. · Ambitious, imaginative and have strong relationship building skills at all levels. A strong understanding of the healthcare industry is preferable. Previous experience as a Bookings consultant would be an advantage but not necessary.
