Do you have fitness goals? How are they going? Often times our goals are one of two things, either too distant, or too easily obtainable (think short term and long term). By having a little bit of both goals you can take leaps and bounds on your way to that one major goal. Picture using stepping stones to cross a lake, not just trying repeatedly to jump across and failing over and over.
