Payroll Administrator SUMMARY: The Payroll Administrator compiles payroll data from timesheets and other resources for issuing accurate and timely paychecks and tax statements while ensuring compliance with multi-state Department of Labor statutes, courts and child support agencies, taxing authorities, unions, banking institutions, operating standards and general ledger guidelines. Strong recall, reasoning, problem solving and logical thinking skills are required while handling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. An understanding of system integration between Human Resources, Benefits, General Ledger and Accounts Payable is necessary.
