Do you have problems sleeping? I did. It was due to medication. Im am so much better. Only on 10 mg. of the medication now. 1) Get your computer and TV out of your bedroom. If you must keep it in your room do not use or watch one hour before you go to sleep, I had my laptop on and flipped down in my bedroom so when I was inspired I would get it down. Big mistake. Put a pad of paper next to your bed for this. Read a book instead. 2) I do spiritually cleansing baths. A regular bath will help too. 3) One of the things that I noticed was that since I was cutting out the breads, pastas, and potatoes to lose weight and rid myself of Type II Diabetes I wasnt sleeping as well when they put me on the meds. Foods that help you sleep. Oatmeal is really good too. I had some last night for dinner and sleep like a baby. So pasta and bread good. Not good for me. If you dont get a good night sleep napping is crucial. 5) Sleepytime tea by Celestial Seasonings. Chamomile too. 6) Black out blinds are good to make a room completely black. Experts say it provides the best sleep. 7) Deep sleep is when you dream. ___________________ 1) My bedtime ritual is to quit using the computer or watching TV one hour before I go to bed. 2) I listen to soft music for about a half an hour.
