The 1st Annual Upper Echelons Rep Your State Hip-Hop Cypher Competition is searching for 3-5 beats to be used in the 2013 competition. Each state will compete using one of the winning beats! The state that wins will be competing for the World Cup with winners from Canada and Australia. This exposure could give you the recognition you deserve and take your business to another level. Interested parties should submit an MP3 file to upperechelonscypher@gmail You may submit up to 4 instrumentals.The first beat is FREE. There is a $25 fee per additional instrumental submitted. The top 15 will be placed on the website and the public will be voting to determine the winning beats. Each team’s video will be placed on the You Tube Channel for public viewing. The National and World Competitions will be voted on by a panel of 3 judges from the industry. ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 10/5/13. upperechelonscypher
