Have applied the suggestions about supplements to take in your book Keto-Adapted (waiting for my order to arrive in the mail), as my tummy is struggling with this new way of eating. But its only been FIVE days and I have lost THREE pounds already! This may not seem like much to some people, but Ive been lugging about an extra, unnecessary 15 pounds for over a year now, that despite the most stringent of diets, has steadfastly refused to budge! Thanks to you its now vacating the premises at a very brisk pace. Shall be dedicating my first album to you for sure!!
