Do you know someone who might benefit from this Introductory Facilitation Course? Facilitating with Impact is not an easy thing to do. Different personalities in the room, a range of different agendas, learning experiences and backgrounds of participants make good and effective facilitation a skill that is acquired over time. However research also indicates that a good facilitator enhances an individual’s ability to learn and makes it an enjoyable experience, regardless of the topic. Humour, planning, being relaxed, keeping focused (whilst allowing some time for deviation from the structure), being personable, understanding different personality types, enhanced self confidence and useful presentation skills are all part of this useful and interesting course.
