Do you know the kind of cancer that I had (NHL) and the most - TopicsExpress

Do you know the kind of cancer that I had (NHL) and the most common kind of childhood leukemia survival rates were improved up to 90% by the gene therapy treatment Rituxan (discovered by a doctor at DFCI) and made available in 1993. Imagine all the people you know right now struggling to survive a low survival rate of certain cancers or those who lost their battles. Then imagine the discovery of a drug that could make the survival rate go from 3% to 93%? Wouldnt you like to say that you were part of that cure that saved the lives of loved ones? I know I would. If you are going to participate in #givingtuesday , please consider a gift of any size to Expect Miracles Foundation - Financial Services Against Cancer which funds the Belfer Institute for applied cancer science which is Dana Farbers therapy development lab. I gave. Wont you? Thank you! Love, a cancer survivor who personally benefited from cancer research funded by people like you. xoxo PS Anyone from any industry can donate! Please share this...
