Do you know what it is like to sit and wait, knowing what you are waiting for might not come on time? Do you know what it is like to be stuck in a cage almost all day scared and alone with time as your biggest enemy? I do. My name is Mona and I am five years old. I thought I had my whole life figured out with a forever family and then one day they did not want me anymore and I found myself sitting on death row at an animal shelter. That was until Team Cat Rescue came to my aid. The day I was pulled from death row and given a nice foster home was one of the best days of my life. However, now I am waiting at my foster home for my forever home.. all this waiting can get a girl down. But this is a girl who knows what she wants and that means waiting for the puuuurfect fit. I am looking for a home where I can be the one and only cat as other cats stress me out. I will not fair well with young children but older ones might be okay and none are my preference. I am not a huge cuddler unless it is on my own terms which I will show you by rubbing into you or throwing myself gently against you but when I have had enough you will get the look that I like to call my diva stare!
