Do you lead with your heart or do you lead with your mind? One brings rise to great compassion to those around you, the latter separates you from the collective, and the difference between the two is vast. The heart is true and creates new connections with those you encounter in everyday life, where the mind or the ego separates and keeps One fooled in a self perpetuated illusion of patterns that feeds off our UNconscious. The mind thinks and lives in a world of images and words, the heart feels and opens the door to Empathy for ALL. To reach that space, the space of the heart, one must first silence the mind of its everyday judgmental chatter, then a connection to feeling returns, as we ALL had as children. Many spiritual disciplines claim to help with this, but creating methods only puts our connection off into the future. To return to the realm of FEELing, One must return to the present moment, the realm of WHAT IS, and release the past, which are now only memories. SEEing yourself as separate from the outside IS what creates conflicts and a prison of the mind, clinging to fears keeps one locked in, but there are no walls, except for the veil of words we use to divide us from the Infinite! ~ Alistar Valadez
