Do you lift weights? This is non-negotiable for me, because in your 30s and 40s you begin to lose muscle mass if youre not adding in some sort of resistance training. Lucky for me Ive never been a big cardio girl and have always enjoyed weights and at 47 I can really tell a difference in my skin tone and how I look as far as the aging process...so if you havent yet-add in some resistance! Another good reason?? Higher metabolism
