The Client Service Support Administrator (CSSA) delivers professional, timely and outstanding support to both clients and eXemplify Group personnel with the goal of maximizing client retention and growing revenues. The CSSA will work closely with multiple departments while maintaining an organized and varied schedule and workload. They are a self-starter and will work to exceed their individual and team based goals. The CSSA provides support services to eXemplify clients throughout the Order Process. The Order Process is defined as the specific steps that take an order from a closed sale to a fully installed solution for a client. The CSSA will assist with client’s moves, adds, changes, and disconnects, managing trouble tickets through applicable escalations and resolutions, while accurately and consistently updating the company’s CRM tools. In addition to the Order Process and client support, the CSSA will assist with departmental projects and tasks to support eXemplify Group personnel and overall company objectives. These tasks may include sales and marketing admin support, partner events, quote requests and reconciliation, assistance with building proposals, invoice breakdown, file management, data entry, scheduling, etc. Requirements Include: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate Extensive use of MS Office products Customer service focused with the ability to handle a large and diverse number of projects,tasks and issues with tact,cooperation and persistence.
