Do you limit yourself by surrounding yourself with people that are only like you (look like you, speak like you, act like you, think like you)? I have learned so much recently just by engaging in conversation with a friend whos first language isnt English. While listening to them talk one of the beautiful things I noticed is that they use words in my first language that I had almost forgotten about, taken for granted or become to lazy to orchestrate a sentence around. Its a small thing; however, it provoked and recalled my passion for words, vocabulary and the ability to articulate my ideation per things in writing. Dont limit yourself!
