Do you live in the Coffs region? Do you want to give Hand cycling a go? Following on from the successful Come n Try day in December, next Tuesday 3rd February sees the first WSNSW Coffs Harbour handcycling programme session. From 10am the guys at WSNSW CH will be opening up their stable of handcycles and letting people give this great sport a go. Whether you want to take part recreationally or get involved competitively this will be a great opportunity to get started.
