Do you make your own pasta? It is very simple. Ingerdients: 1 1/2 cups Semolina Flour 1/2 tsp salt (optional) 2 eggs or 3 egg whites beaten 2 Tbsp water 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Combine flour and salt. Beat eggs, water, and oil. Mix wet to dry to make a stiff dough. Kneed for 10 minutes or until dough is elastic. Wrap in towel and place in plastic bag for 20 minutes. Use extra flour on pasta machine and roll out to desired thickness. Start with #1 then feed sheets through and turn knob until you reach your desired thickness, then send through the other side to cut pasta. To cook: Bring large pot of water with 1/2 tsp oil and salt to a boil. Add pasta and cook until tender. Fresh pasta only takes a few minutes to cook and tastes so much better.
