Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand all the parables? (Read all of Mark Chapter 4). What was Jesus really saying? What is the great mystery? The bottom line: Faith is the seed. Faith is the substance (seed)...of things hoped for (the fully matured crop)...By faith we UNDERSTAND that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. Hebrews 11:1,3 The Word (faith) is the Seed that produced all things. In fact, the Word is Life (the tree of life in the midst; Gen. 2:9) Without faith nothing remains living and without faith you really cant understand anything about life. However, with faith you will live and you will come to know all things. Now, when faith is planted in a man, remains and grows to maturity (it is a process that involves time) that man becomes a tree of life himself, that others in turn can come and partake of. You see, the Word (God Himself) is reproduced. He seeks godly offspring. Malachi 2:15 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become CHILDREN OF GOD, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. John 1:12-13 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among MANY BRETHREN (MANY SONS OF GOD). Romans 8:28 For we are also His offspring. Acts 17:29 I said, You are gods, And all of you are children of the Most High. Psalm 82:6 In summary, Jesus might say, Seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness and ALL these things will be added to you. All the knowledge (mystery) of life is in the Seed...Christ...The Word...The Mystery of The Knowledge of Jesus Christ...the Gospel...Wisdom, not...that other tree posing as knowledge rooted in wisdom. When, this mystery of the seed of the tree of Life grows up in you...you will have an excellent spirit of knowledge and understanding and be able to interpret all dreams, solve all riddles, and explain every enigma. Daniel 5:12 (Paraphrase). BTW, The one walking on the water really is the One that was hoovering over it from the very beginning. Genesis 1:2. COME ON! Do we really believe that? Do we really have faith growing in us? I certainly HOPE so. If, so hang in there...it is the PROCESS of Life.
