Do you often spend an hour a day meditating? Do you realize your health, mental attitude, and life span would all improve if you did? Perhaps developing a more meditative state of mind throughout the day would also encourage health and expression. What does this mean? If someone is talking to you, do you experience an immediate need to answer, interpret what they are saying, determine if it is true or false, or judge it to be good or evil? A meditative state of mind would be far more likely to listen without categorizing, defining, describing, judging, or reacting with a response. Real meditation is not necessarily sitting not thinking, but opening the mind, losing the knowing, releasing the beliefs, relieving the need to react, respond, or answer. Real meditation is a way of thought and relaxation of many reactive patterns of expression.
